I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to write one about this company in return for the outstanding service that I received.

I called numerous companies in distress because I had a car that needed to be picked up immediately and be delivered within 2-3 days from Texas to Florida. Most companies said that they could not pull it off or would take my money with no guarantee. Some companies even said they would call me back but never did. Montway Auto Transport was the only company that answered every call of mine and actually made effort to contact a truck that could deliver on my specific time frame. I received a call back within 30 minutes that they found a truck. I expected to hear an astronomical price because they knew I was desperate, but they actually gave me a price that was competitive with companies who could not promise me any results. As soon as I made payment, I received an email receipt of payment along with the contact details of the truck driver who would handle my delivery. The driver was super nice and kept me in the loop through the whole transport. I continued to get emails from Montway alerting me of the status of my delivery, very similar to Fedex/UPS. The car actually arrived to me many hours early. The car was a little dirty from the open transport but the driver warned me about that and was honest about it. I washed the car and it was perfect without any damage. The salesman at the pickup point actually complimented the driver for thoroughly inspecting the car before taking possession of it.

I would not hesitate to recommend Montway Auto Transport to my family and friends. It was a stress-free experience with service delivered as promised. I look forward to using them again.
