When I made my bid for shipment I noticed that Montway came back quickly with their answer to my bid. I liked how they described themselves versus the other shippers who were listed. I felt very comfortable in dealing with them. They told me where they were located and what type of insurance they carry. They answered and gave me the information I wanted. I then decided to go with them. They told me once I gave the pick up date when the car would be picked up and delivered to me. The car was picked up the next day and brought out to me the next day. Your driver was very courteous considering there were two flat tires on the car and no keys in the ignition. He went over and above what he was supposed to do. For that I give him a lot of credit. I spoke to the main office a few times and they were always courteous and had my answers before I asked them. I have never used a transport company before so it was a new experience for me. If and when I need services again I will surely use Montway Auto Transport again. This was a very good experience. I highly recommend them to anyone.
