My overall experience of this transpiration was excellent.... from the time I looked up for the quote in the website to placing the order online, pick up of the vehicle (literally in 2 hours-same day) and the delivery (2 days from the pick up). The driver was courteous, prompt and professional. The quote was the lowest I got for an excellent service.

My only suggestion would be to the people answering the phones. Though they seem to be knowledgeable, in my opinion they seem to lack empathy in their answers.. all I hearis their firmness in their answers. To be more specific, I understand the agent cannot give the exact time of the delivery as it depends on the unforeseen traffic delays, etc., but when I called I was looking for an approximate delivery time as I need to convey this to my busy relative who moved recently to that state. If it was not yet known… it could be simply be conveyed as not yet known… but not sarcasm… to quote…” you called me in the morning for the time of delivery, now you are calling me again in the evening for the time, how far do you think he’d have gone” In my opinion this could be avoided.
