Overall my experience was positive. The person who picked up and delivered my car was fantastic. It came in 4 days, which I was delightly surprised as I expected it to take longer than 4 days. I would have rated the transporter 5 out of 5.

The only negative part about my experience was not having a confirmed shipper until 2 days before I moved. I put in my order a month in advance and gave at least 5 working days of availability per the form. However, I didn't hear back from Montaway and had to call them twice to make sure there was a shipping company coming for my car. The rep said they did not post the order until closer to the first availability date, which doesn't make sense because the transportor should see when the car is available and I'm not sure why they waited (then again, I don't know what their system is capable of doing). When I called the second time, I told them another shipping company had a truck available and that I would switch if they couldn't get me a transportor, which was true. Within that day, I finally received confirmation my car was going to be picked up.

Other than this, Montaway did a great job. They stuck to the quote and the service from the transportor was fantastic. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!
