We were contacted by George at Montway Auto Transport in Chicago after our broker told them of our needs in shipping our son's car from Illinois to California. The driver, Daniel Petkov, was prompt, attentive and considerate. In both Chicago and Los Angeles, he was not able to bring his rig to the exact pick-up or destination. We drove the car out of the city to a nearby Mercedes dealer, where he loaded it on his trailer. He picked up the car on Wednesday morning in Chicago and delivered to us in Los Angeles the following Tuesday in the early afternoon. Daniel called us the day before to tell us where he was and when he expected to be in our area. Then he let us know when he was less than an hour away. What service!!!
