I chose Montway based on the following criteria:

1) A BBB rating and 5 star Transport rating
2) Priced the same as competitors
3) Ability to schedule everything via internet & communicate via e-mail
4) Ability to transport personal belongings in trunk (at own risk) - I have an SUV

Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Montway also co-ordinated a last minute change of drop location with the carrier. This was particularly impressive given the short-time frame in which the new location address was given (carrier was about 12hrs from destination). Montway connected me via phone to the truck driver and sent the new address information to the driver's routing system.

I had been asking friends and acquaintances for recommendations but nobody would give me a company name so I had to search on my own. Now that my car has arrived, everyone I asked is asking me to give them the information on the company I used.

Would highly recommend Montway based on my experience.
