Pick-up and delivery was withng times stated. However, there was a problem with getting the car off the trailer. While unloading the vehicle, front wheel (left) was guided out of the track and onto a track support bracket. Vehicle was ultimately unloaded. There did not appear to be any damage, but will have the car inspected next week. Delivery personnel were courtious and pleasant .
