This past June, I contracted with Monster Truck to move a 66 Ford Fairlane from Michigan to Massachusetts, sent them a deposit of $150.00 and
was promised a pick up of no later than July 15th
I called several times to make sure everything was on schedual. On July 15th, the car still sat in Michigan. Left message for them to call with status,
Becky called back telling me that the car had been
picked up and delivered in Mass. Boy was I surprised, here the car was being delivered to me
and I didn't have it, and the guy who owned it in Michigan hadn't heard from any trucking
company! Called and left a message again. Gave them to July 23rd to pick up or I would make other
arrangements, On July 23 I called again to see if
they were able to schedual anything, No Return Call.
On July 24th, I rented a truck and drove to Michigan and picked up the car myself. I have sent several
letters to the company, called, and e-mailed and to this date have not received back my deposit. I would
not recommend doing business with this company.
They promise you the world, take your money and then you never hear from them again.
