Monstar farmed my car out to someone they had never used before. This "Andre" of AAMCo or American Auto Mover Company, PO Box 1372, Alta Loma, CA 91701, would never return a call. The car was supposed to be delivered in 14 days. We got very worried when we couldn't even track the car after it was gone 10 days. Monstar could not reach the driver either. When the driver finally called, he game me some story that he was in the hospital for five days (like I really believed himj). I thought the whole system was very poor management. It cost $135 down and $900 at time of delivery. I was told to have a certified check or money order for delivery. When "Andre" finally called to deliver (2 hours notice of delivery, not 12 - 24 as they say), he asked for cash. I told him no way, he was getting a bank check. Monstar did return the $135 and we did get our car, but we sure had a terrible experience. I warn everyone to stay far away from this AAMCo.

Mrs. Boos is telling the truth, AAMCO was very unprofessional and would not return any of our calls as well as the customers calls. This was very frusterating for us as well as for the customer. This was a new sub-contracted driver that we recieved, and after receiving all the drivers packet informations, did the back-ground check and everything was cleared, we sent them the order. This will also be the last time we use their services. We have added their name on a black list for other brokers not to use as well. This is the first time this has happened to us since we have been in business and we will take full responsibility for her bad experience. We returned the broker fee to the customer and gave our deepest apologize. As a broker company, it is sometimes out of our control of the professionalism of the sub-contracted drivers, and we hope this never happens again. Again, our deepest apologize. Many Blessings, Letty Pena Monstar Auto Transport
