I hate to do reviews, but this one I had to do. The customer service rep Letty Pena was awesome. She was honest and very helpful with everything and answered all my questions and did not mind at all when I called her a week later to ask the same questions because I had forgotten what she said. She found a driver for me within 24 hours. The driver Mark McConnaughy (from the carrier Aaron Kasteler) was super nice and awesome, too. He picked up my car a little bit early, but that was okay because I wanted my car to be in Cali as fast as possible. I literally got my car 5 days later. Mark was super helpful when he dropped off my car because he gave it a quick check up and told me I needed to replace my oil. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend Letty and Mark.
