Professional service and a great experience

I discovered that trying to find a reliable professional auto transport company was harder than finding the muscle car I just bought. I called several of the 'national' companies and all they could tell me is that they move lots of cars, but no details of how and who may transport them. I sent out several emails for quotes and got plenty of replies. Finally, I found this transport reviews website so I could evaluate the haulers. I had one quote from Monstar at a good price, but I wasn't sure about using a broker in California to book a truck for a Colorado to Georgia haul. Monstar had mostly 5-star rating going for them. So, I called and talked to Letty. Very professional and she answered all my questions. The company I work for uses haulers all over the S.E. so, I am somewhat familiar with how the biz is done. Letty impressed me by stating that her company specializes in two areas, one being autos, and uses about 15-20 carriers on a regular basis. I figured that's about as good as it gets. So I booked the load. It was picked up the day after being ready. The seller of the car emailed me a couple of digital pics of the car being loaded, and I knew right then, that I had a winner. It was a smaller car carrier that looked new and had a new single axle truck pulling. The seller said the driver was courteous and professional and he felt that the car was in very safe hands. The driver called after p/u and gave me an ETA. We talked several times and he kept me informed. The car arrived within 15 minutes of his revised ETA. He took time to unchain and unload the car. We inspected it and I signed the paperwork and paid the driver. It all happened the way it was suppose to. Now I have my40 year old muscle car and highly recommend Monstar for hauling anywhere in the US.
