I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service I got from Monstar Auto Transport. I had purchased a vehicle at Texas Auto direct - the whole transaction was a nightmare, and I doubt my vehicle would have ever gotten out of there without the perseverance and hard work of Letty at Monstar Auto Transport. Once I placed my transport order, she immediately got the carrier lined up, made final arrangements with Texas direct Auto, and promptly got a carrier in to pick it up. Of course, par for the course, Texas Auto screwed up the pick up and when the carrier arrived my van was not ready. Texas Auto caused problems with pick ups FOUR times - yet Letty didn't give up. She found the right carrier who was willing and able to go in, deal with them, and get my van "sprung" (I felt like it was being held hostage!) I know the day we finally got it out, Texas Auto Direct again caused numerous problems and made it very difficult. The driver got her out of bed, and she spent hours on the phone, making calls, and getting things in place to finally get the job done. Through more than a week of different problems and Texas Direct Auto being impossible and rude, she hung in there and got the job done. I can't thank her enough or speak highly enough of Monstar Auto Transport. They are THE BEST!
