Booked transport over phone with Letty and stated not to pick up vehicle before a set date. Letty called me on the first day car was available to pick up, which was surprising to me. Pick up location seller said he was very satisfied with transaction from trucker driver Stefan. Stefan called me the next day to say he was half way down and he would be there tomorrow evening. He called me the next day to tell me the time of delivery, which he was right on time. I had him drive to mall for the room to unload and by the time I got there, which was 10 minutes he had car unloaded and ready to go. The paperwork was in detail and easy to read. I must say the whole transaction from calling Letty to receiving the car was very professional. I will use them again and recommend they to any one who asks me. Thanks Letty & Stefan again, awesome customer service by all!
