Broker was good, transporter was bad

My experience with Letty of Monstar was very good. She was courteous and returned my calls promptly. I have no complaints with Letty or Monstar. But, I'm not happy with the transporter (Dynasty Auto Transport LLC) who moved my car.

1) When Dynasty picked up the car, it was snowing lightly. Using that excuse they put a blanket statement in the bill of lading that "car could not be fully inspected". It seemed like they could use that clause to get away with anything.

2) I relocated from MI to CA one month after I shipped my car. So, my friend picked up the car. When I picked up the car, I saw damages "inside" the car (car door linings were torn). It was too late to complain.

I DO NOT recommend using Dynasty Auto Transport. I request Letty to stop using them.
