I got my car transported from Houston, TX to Boulder, CO. The overall experience with Monstar
was very good. The driver picking up the car was very friendly. He was running a bit late but kept in
good touch with me and gave me estimated arrival time. My car got here with no damage. The delivery
truck got problems with brakes on the way and ended up delivering it after 11pm. But I appreciate they
kept me posted and worked late to finish their job.

The only minor problem is the apparent miscommunication between the customer service and the drivers.
I told them that I'd like my car to be delivered after 09/15 when I placed the order. And I got a call
in the morning of 09/13 when I was not in Boulder yet, saying that where the car should be delivered.
The drivers were also not very clear about the payment process, how much to collect at pickup or delivery. But the good thing is that the contact person, Letty was very nice and responsive. And the
confusion about the payments was soon clarified and I'm very pleased with the results.

Overall, I certainly recommend this company which was also recommended to me by a friend of mine.
