After getting numerous quotes after looking through TransportReviews, I decided on Monstar as it wasn't so huge a company that I felt I'd get lost in the mix as a customer, and the reviews were all really good. Plus the price was among the lowest offered.

I transported 2 vehicles from Wisconsin to California and requested a shortened pickup period and Letty worked it out with my driver, Arnis, to pick up my vehicle on the exact day I wanted it picked up (this was a huge relief as there was no extra charge and other companies simply could not give me such a tight window).

Arnis was great to work with as well. He was very honest and a pleasure to work with. The only downside was that I had to call him on the day of pickup and drop off to find out when he'd be arriving. Otherwise, whenever i called him, he happily gave me updates on where he was and how much longer he thought it'd take to arrive at the destination.

On delivery day, my vehicles arrived at 8pm, and based on reading multiple reviews, I took a flashlight to make sure I'd have good documentation of any damage. Luckily, there was no damage, and Arnis even parked the car in front of his truck and turned on his headlights to help with visibility. He also brought out a flashlight to help me look at my vehicles.

I would definitely use Monstar again as my first experience was pain-free and reliable.
