Like most truck transporters-Monstar appears to be a broker-so they contract your order out to an individual shipping company. For this-you pay a premium and expect that the broker will utilize an honest and prompt transporter. Monstar is clearly at the head of the pack. I called Monstar and explained that I was shipping the car to my sister who is a poor college student. As such, I needed to pay for the entire delivery up-front. Monstar took care of this (where most other companies refused). The driver called me and gave me a steady stream of updates on the day he was to pick up the car. Originally, the car was going to be picked up at 2:00 PM, but ultimately the driver came at 7. You have to let this kind of thing go in Southern California as most of the drivers dont know where one city is in relation to the next. The driver called me twice enroute and told me that he would be one day late. However, the original estimate was 5-7 days and he got it from California to Florida in just over 3 days so the car was delivered early and without any damage. All in all, a great experience.

Monstar then called me shortly after the delivery to make sure everything was handled to my specifications-which it was.

I would do business with this company again.
