I would never recommend or use this transporter again, this people are liars, gave me all kinds of excuses, from flat tire to truck broke down,they were supposed to pick up my vehicles Nov. 26 they ended up picking my vehicles Nov. 28 , and promised to have my vehicles delivered Dec. 1, I actually got my vehicles Dec.3, the driver ( mario ) said they've been in the business a # of years and they know what they're doing. i called Mario the driver a day before the delivery date to ask if they are gonna be on time, and someone else answer and said that they are in Arizona and my vehicles will be delivered Saturday,( in broken english ) the day came and i had a call i guess from their dispatch and told me that the truck broke down and a tow truck actually towed their truck all the way to Nevada and if i wanted my vehicles i have to go and pick them up myself if not it wont get delivered till Monday ( Dec. 5), and they will give me $35.00 for gas money.meantime this is costing $500.00 for a rental so we have something to use.so in short i actually have to drive down to where they said they have my vehicles, and Mario the driver said " it was hard for him to drive since it's only him driving, i asked him who was the one that answered the phone when i called him, he kinda just looked at me..and also he didnt give me the $35.00 gave me $15, he said thats all he's got.
