I Must be One of the Lucky Ones- A Great Experience

When my broker told me my car was going to be shipped using Mobile Transport, I immediately searched for reviews and began to panic. I almost canceled, to be honest, but I really did need my car shipped and was running out of time. I took a deep breath and hoped for the best. The best is what I got!

I was told that Alex would be contacting me at around 9 am to arrange pickup. He called at about a quarter to 9 and said he'd be there in an hour. And he was. He did a thorough inspection of my car and noted all dings and scrapes, then loaded it on a 2 car carrier to take to the yard. I wasn't sure he'd be able to pick up my vehicle from my condo parking lot and offered alternatives, but it wasn't a problem. A few days later I was informed that the car would be delivered to the destination and, since I hadn't flown in yet, I arranged to have my brother take possession. The driver must not have been told about the change of address, so he called my brother from my new house. When my brother told him where he lives, about ten minutes away, the driver brought the car over to a parking lot right by my brother's house. He didn't ask for extra money due to the mix-up or anything. The car looked just like it did when it was picked up, with some extra road grime, but I knew to expect that. There were just a few extra miles on the odometer. Nothing fishy. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. The price could not be beat. Service was top notch. I have absolutely no complaints. I can only speak for my own experience, of course, but I am completely satisfied with the transaction. I mean, they delivered my car cross country in 5 days!

And I want to make it clear that I was not paid for this review. Of course if you say that, it makes it look like you were, but trust me, I wasn't. I was petrified of using this company after reading some of the reviews here and no one is more surprised than me that it all turned out so well. I would absolutely use these guys again. They got the job done right.
