Carrier choice

When I selected a company to move my new car, I used this review site. I chose Nationwide to do the job. Then they assigned me a carrier (Mobile Transport) out of Tacoma Washington. I checked their reviews on this site and they were very poor. I told Nationwide that I would not let them move my car. So they(Bob) told me they would select another. At the time of pickup a Mobile Transport truck came to pick up my car, and I sent them away. I called Bob at Nationwide and he said he would find another carrier, but it would take several more days, and couldn't guarantee the delivery date. I reluctantly agreed to have Mobile Transport come back and pick up my car. They came back shortly and loaded on my car. They delivered my car in the same condition they received it in, and on time. They turned out to be great to deal with, and were always available to take my calls, unlike Nationwide who did not return my calls on 2 occasions.
