I had a very positive experience with Mercury Auto Transport and Agent Jim Gozde. I would certainly use them again if the need to transport my car arose. Jim kept very good contact with me and generally responded within 4-8 hours of any email inquiry. He provided good ancillary information on the shipping of cars, and I found it quite educational. I thought the price was fair, and the delivery was amazingly fast...five days from Virginia. There was no damage to the car, and it cleaned up well despite the dirt from being on an open carrier.

If I had one recommendation to Mercury to improve service, it would be to include recommendations for tips to drivers (percentage or flat rate) and a better phone tree when responding to notification of assignment. When I called back, I initially got shunted to a dead end.

Other than that, I thought Jim and Mercury performed admirably. I can highly recommend them.
