This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I wasn't sure what to expect. Charlie Steeves explained everything and answered any questions I had. The first carrier they had lined up canceled due to truck trouble a day or two before pickup. They were able to find a substitute carrier and pick up my vehicle and deliver it on the original days that were scheduled. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely use Mercury Auto to transport the vehicle back to Michigan.
