After being bombarded with a wide range of quotes, I received a call from Charlie at Mercury. He took the time to explain all the variables that would affect the shipment of my car. Unlike most of the companies who had contacted me, Charlie did not try and force me into anything. His upfront approach is what ultimately helped make my decision. He was always available when I called, and he located a carrier for the date I originally requested. The carrier was a bit difficult to get a hold of to track my car, but I simply called Charlie and he was always able to help. Eight days after my car was picked up in Florida, it arrived safe and sound in my new home in Washington state. I would like to praise Charlie and the staff at Mercury for helping me. Anna
