Jim was very helpful in getting my car to its destination and making the process easy. He sent me a quote and the final price for it was exactly what I was quoted. It was also less than other quotes I had received so I not only got excellent customer service, but also got a good price. I am glad I chose this company as I got quality service right up until I picked up my car. I had an issue with the driver getting into the area a few hours before me (I was taking a Greyhound that got delayed by two hours), and he would have had to take my car to another destination, and I would have to wait to get it the next day. Jim was able to work it out so that I could get my car that day. Except for a little bit of road dirt and bugs (which is to be expected on a long road trip), my car arrived in excellent condition. I am glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport and would definitely recommend Mercury Auto Transport to anyone needing to ship their car. Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism during this stressful move to Fort Lauderdale.
