I bought a car on ebay and had to ship it from Staten Island to Wisconsin. I got lots of quotes from companies on the internet and lots or warnings to. Apparently this business can get nasty. Well it did. I picked a bad company and got ripped off of my deposit and they never lined anyone up to get the car. Over a month went by and I just about gave up. I found an old quote in my email spam that I had not seen before. It was from Mercury and even though it was a month old, I called them. Jim was amazing! He heard my story about the horrible company and assured me that they were different. I called him on a Tuesday and he found a carrier within 1/2 a day. I was not charged a deposit until them. He also had to arrange some strange local pickups because the car was on an island. He told me that the car would be there in aabout 6 days. Well it arrived in 3 days. Jim was extremely professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. I would use them again. Thanks Jim! Thye car was carried by LJB Express, LLC. They were excellent and very accomodating as to delivery times etc. The car arrived scratch free.
