I have had nothing but a bad experience with this company. The salesman I worked with Chris Taylor, was very hard to understand on the phone. I was Quoted a price of $495, then it went to $550, then I had to haggle with him to get it to $520. He was not very knowledgeable about answering my questions. His listening skills were the poorest I have ever dealt with. The information I gave him over the phone for the origin and delivery addresses and phone numbers, were not entered correct on the order forms. I emailed him the correct info and never received a response. Two days later I called him and gave him the correct information verbally. He promised to correct it. He did get the street addresses right this time, but still the phone numbers and city locations were wrong. That night I left him a message to correct these problems, and never recieved a response. My order was dispatched to a carrier which I contacted myself. The information they recieved from Chris was still incorrect, so I had to fix it with them as well. The carrier informed me that they needed to cancel my delivery because of a cancellation in my delivery city. So now I do not have a carrier to transport my vehicle and Mercury Auto Transport has already charged my credit card for their broker fee. All in all I am completely unsatisfied with Mercury Auto Transport and will NEVER use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
