These guys are just a lot of hot air. My car was to be picked up in Webster, SD on 5-27-2010.
And was to be delivered in Warren, Ohio on 6-3-2010. Car has not been picked up as of yet and they are still giving me the run around about a driver. They are just a lot of talk and that's all they do. For them to be on the phone with trucking company's trying to get my car picked up they still have not as of yet and it has been a week already. They won't return your phone calls won't return or send you a email response of any kind. The bad part is you tell them to keep you informed and they are so dumb they still don't.

Then they try to get you to spend more money to get your car shipped when you already agreed to and picked a price to get your car shipped. iF YOU ARE SMART AND HAVE ANY SINCE STAY AWAY FROM MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT PERIOD.

As we do ship so many cars each month we make it a personal conquest to make every shipment as stress free as possible. This particular review with its particular complaints are throwing us a bit back as we have done so much work for this customer. We can always accept complaints as we are not perfect but the odd thing here is that we explained over many conversations the difficulty in locating a carrier that will happen to be in South Dakota ( a rural area) with space on their truck for his vehicle which can also load his vehicle as it does not run AND this truck has to happen to be going to Ohio vs. anywhere else in the country. If he only knew what we've been working on to get this done and we are just about there. We have returned all his calls and spent a lot of time with him on the phone explaining everything that we are doing. Melissa especially has kept in constant communication and as we can understand that Anthony has preferred dates we never guaranteed them we just let him know we'd do our best. If he would like to go to another company and thinks they can possible do more that what we've already done for him we understand and will have no issue refunding him. The shame here is that from reading his review it is clear he has either no idea how hard we've been working for him and how close we are considering the locations and vehicle type involved or he simply does not understand any of the conversations that many of us here have had with him which of course is frustrating for him and us. We never want to turn a customer away but it is clear that in this case that we are unable to gain Anthony's trust that what we are telling him is true. I don't know where he ever got the idea that all routes and shipment types are easy, effortless and happen on a dime and I know that we never gave him that idea here. Regardless, all we want are happy, satisfied customers that believe in us that we are qualified at finding the most reputable carriers at the most reasonable prices and most of the time that's what we have. Even though we are taken back and a bit baffled by this review we will take it in stride and make our efforts doubled for every customer to understand completely how the auto transport industry works and see how it possibly could have not been communicated in a way with Anthony that he can understand and comprehend, as almost all our other customer do. If Anthony does choose to go somewhere else we do wish him all the luck and best wishes in having his Inoperable (non-running) 1949 Ford shipped safely and that it gets to him in the same condition it is in South Dakota. We also thank Anthony, regardless of the miss communication for the opportunity to work with him in moving his vehicle.
