I had to leave a race car in Memphis TN because another car of ours broke and we only had one trailer to and from VA. *800 miles*

I got a bunch of insta-quotes from online, including Mercury Auto Transport.

I was honestly surprised at how quickly my questions were returned and how flexible Mercury was to my needs.

I appreciate them being up-front with me about how the 'system' works and what I needed to do to get the car moved.

It seem'd like the others just wanted to get the deal booked, make their cut, and not really TRY to make sure the car was sure to move / arrive on time. FYI a 'gauranteed pick up' only means that if it does not get picked up, you don't pay. (WELL NO KIDDING!!) In the real world, If there isn't a trucker in the area looking for a job, there isn't anything anybody can do unless they KNOW PEOPLE and are willing to PULL STRINGS for you.

Because of the extra effort finding my car a ride in what seem'd to be a pretty dead zone. I chose Mercury.

Unfortunately I did have to spend a little more than planned, but I completely agree that we did what was necessary to get the car home on time.. and it was a day early.

The trucking company that Mercury lined me up with was very good with the car considering its nature, they delivered it DIRECTLY to me and were liberal with phone contact which comforted me.

I was just another guy in a pinch and needed to just get it done, Mercury made that happen for me.
