This is the fourth time that I have used Mercury to transport our vehicle cross country. Each time I have worked with Jim Gozde and he is terrific. He communicates very well and followed through to keep me updated during each phase. He is very friendly, straight forward and helpful. Kudos Jim and thanks for the excelent service.
