We had an unexpected mechanical problem with our car on our trip back north and we were stranded in Charlotte NC for a week. We decided to ship our car back home and having never done this before, I was overwhelmed with offers but Mercury stood out due to their informative explanation of the process. David Hilty, our logistics rep, guided us through the process and made a very stressful situation better. Communication was constant and we were knew exactly what was going on with our car from pickup to delivery. Our driver (Lasha?) from VIP 777 Transp. Inc. was on time, courteous, and professional. We were in many good hands in this ordeal and if we have to do this in the future, I know who to contact!
