Once the right transport service was identified by Mercury all went well. The service provided met all expectations in fact auto arrive a day earlier than I expected. Driver was a gentleman and stated when he expected to deliver auto and the bill of lading was easy to do. Car was ready for transport and I did not ship any personal items in the auto. Mercury's on line procedure for getting a car ready for transport was very helpful. Hats off to my broker Logan R. who worked at getting me to the right transport company and the priced was fixed by my request for pick up and delivery.
