Kristopher was very open and honest about how the process worked. All brokers give an estimated cost. If your bid is too low, your offer will not be accepted and your car will sit.The counter offer from the trucking company was reasonable, $100 more. The car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. Mercury Auto Transport made several inquiries through out the process to make sure everything was going as planned.
