We had to ship a car from the Midwest to the Northwest. Multiple solicitations were received, including a detailed "What to look for in shipping a vehicle" from Joe Kelly at Mercury. After careful consideration from low-ball quotes to high end, we selected Mercury and couldn't have been more pleased. The pick-up location was conveniently and mutually agreed upon with the driver (since our residential street could not have handled the length of the truck). Loading was painless except for the fierce cold and wind. The analysis of the possible carriers by Mr. Kelly was professional and resulted in a worry-free adventure. With a severe snowstorm happening in the Northwest, I was delighted to hear the that the vehicle was delivered promptly and with incident.
