Mercury Auto Transport was fantastic when it came to shipping my BMW from Port Hueneme to Portland, OR. Drew was my broker and he was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I asked about their services. Would highly recommend him as he did everything possible to ensure a great experience. I had two driver pulled out on me but Drew was persistent and reassuring us that it will be taken care of. Drew talked me through the details of the process and it helped me calm down while I was in the overseas location. I expected the cost to be over $1k but it came under.I-5 transport picked up my vehicle and arrived within 24 hrs. The driver was in frequent communications with my husband as he drives up from California. I was very nervous and worried when I had two companies dropped out on me but everything ended up great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of car shipping service
