Very communicative, William was great because he explained how the whole process worked and helped me understand what I was paying for. Very trustworthy and legit, and the driver/dispatcher they found me was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Even if the price seems higher at Mercury than other quotes initially, their estimate was actually accurate based on what a trucker would accept. Would definitely use Mercury again.
