The process of looking for an auto shipper and choosing one out of the many is very daunting. The process of wait and see if and when the car will be picked up is also a little nervewracking ( I live in a very rural area ). I have used Mercury A.T. 4 times now and have never been let down. Drew, my agent is SO EASY TO REACH and communicate with which is a dying aspect of customer service these days. This company is a well oiled machine. Nothing falls through the cracks. Once a driver has accepted my transport, Mercury provides me their number. The drivers have all been professional too. During the transport period Mercury still checks in with me to make sure that all is good. I never feel like I am hangin out there alone during any of the process. I give them 10 stars!
