So very pleased that Melissa Dossett of Mercury Auto Transport helped with the transport of our car from Tucson, AZ to Longview, WA. She offered education and helpful assistance to me, as I'd never previously needed to move a car long distance. Melissa Dossett expedited the task in a professional and timely manner. Also, she followed up to see that my driver Alex was there to pick up my car when I was not present. He was courteous to my stand-in contact and alleviated all of her concerns. Five days later he dropped off my car in fine condition. Melissa's team included June, the fulfillment manager, who maintained frequent contact with me. I was thoroughly impressed with their follow through and willingness to help. I highly recommend Melissa Dossett to handle anyone's transport issues.
