I looked at many different transport companies before I chose to transport my disabled sons vehicle with Mercury Auto Transport. The most important part to me of this transaction was the integrity, and I'll fix that the company projected from the very beginning. William, our transport coordinator stayed in, touch with us during the decision making process and provided us with information to make me feel comfortable about the transport. This is something new for me, and since having a vehicle is critical for my son's independence, I could not afford to have anything go wrong. Not only did he meet the price promise that he gave me, with no increases, he advised me on how best to negotiate the price to begin with. His cost was much less than what I was being quoted by other companies, without even talking to me. The transportation was flawless, and the arrival was much faster than what I had expected. I highly recommend William and Mercury Auto Transport!!
