During my relocation from Richmond, VA to Austin, TX, I needed to figure a way to transport my car. I searched online for a carrier and received a bunch of quotes. Out of all the quotes, one stood out. It was the one from Mercury. William who was my agent made sure he provided value in all the emails before I even reached out to them. I liked that. I ultimately decided to go with Mercury and William helped find me a driver. He made sure I was updated everyday on the progress of things. He was transparent throughout the whole process and I appreciated that. The car was delivered in Austin without any problems. I’m happy with the service that I received and I highly recommend working with William. He was great!!
