Misty Stovall was very helpful with information regarding how the Auto Transport process works, the Do's and Dont's in regards to preparing the vehicle for transport. Misty kept me informed on the transporters availability based on the pickup timeframe I gave her. The driver showed up on the agreed upon scheduled timeframe that Misty had provided. The broker fee was less than a few other brokers I checked out before calling Mercury Auto Transport. Misty, Thank you for explaining how it all works, keeping in contact with me, and making the whole experience a Non-stressful event.
