My experience with Mercury was excellent. I reached out to Mercury on a weekend and still received very prompt and courteous service. There was great communication throughout the process with updates every couple of hours as they were looking for a hauler. They were able to set-up cross country transport within my time frame for a reasonable price even though there were limited haulers going to the delivery area. They kept me well informed every step of the way, there were no surprises, issues, or extra charges.
