I had initially contacted several companies but Jim Gozde was so responsive and professional that I picked Mercury and am so happy I did! Jim walked me through every step, clearly and efficiently communicating everything. He even proactively called me when I said that I was nervous about clicking on a link he had sent. He was respectful and addressed each of my concerns. My car was picked up and dropped off without a hitch. Everyone with whom I spoke at Mercury was kind and professional. I’m so happy because rarely in life is anything as easy as this! I should also mention that I unreasonably asked for same day service and by some miracle Jim got it for me! Thank you Mercury! I will definitely recommend you to friends!
