Joe did a wonderful job of explaining the process of transporting a car to this first timer. Helpful information was e-mailed by Mercury. Joe sent e-mails and texts to let know the status of my contract . This was most appreciated.
My only disappointment/ frustration with this process is with the specific transport company whose bid I accepted.
They did not stay in touch about the delay in delivery or the time . My car arrived 2 days later with me having to make several calls for information.
I would reach out to Joe again and refer him to others.
