From my first contact call from Mercury’s agent Carlos I felt completely at ease. I wasn’t just sent a form and asked for a deposit…I was spoken to in a kind, caring way and my agent asked the questions necessary, filled out the form and patiently explained how the business works and the process to ensure smooth transport results. He did an excellent job setting expectations. He was never abrupt and made me feel like I was his most important customer! Mercury is not the first auto transport I have used but, they will be the Only business I will call in the future!!!
