This is my first time shipping a car and to be honest I was completely stressed after doing a lot of research and reading hundreds of terrible reviews. I settled on using mercury auto transport simply for the fact that they by far had the least bad reviews. Yes they are a broker but I found it impossible to get a decent price from any actual transporter that I contacted. The broker fee was more reasonable than others. Eric La Gra was great to work with. He answered any questions I had and I feel like it was honest. The transport company they use was rapid auto. Everything went smoothly and as I was told it would. My sons car was being transported from pa to afb in Washington state. In was only a few days before the car was on the truck. The driver contacted me the day before to give me a 2 hour window and ended up showing up right on time. The driver was very professional and accommodating. They gave me an estimate of 6-8 days to get there and that was also right on time. Only issue I had was due to him being in training on base I asked for warning the day before delivery. That didn’t happen but they did give an @4 hour notice the day of which still worked out because he was done with training in the evening. They were not able to deliver to the base so asked to meet up at a Walmart half an hour away where they were doing another pickup. All n all I was way more satisfied than I thought I would be after reading all the horrifying reviews about other companies. I would definitely use them again. The broker fee was $197 and shipping fee they gave me was $1200. And upon delivery the price was just that. No added fees like I heard so much warning about
