First, I will say John Garcia did a five-star great job communicating and working to find a driver for our car that was stranded in west Texas. The missing star is for the driver portion. Unfortunately our first driver who got assigned slow rolled us and led us on when he failed inspection somewhere along the way and said he’d be there a couple days later only to never respond to John or my calls/emails/texts again. Our second attempt cost more money but John was helpful in ensuring they got there and delivery was made quickly. It’s a weird system everyone uses to ship vehicles but John was the only part of it that made sense and felt human. Thanks for all the help!
