Drew Rightnour was our agent/broker and he explained the business,the options,the carriers,and had answers for my many questions. The price was fair and I was dealing with a transport from FL to NH. The carrier that was selected did a good job making the drop-off easy and efficient. No damage either. Having never even thought about transporting a car before I was intimidated by the abundance of competitors,but am very glad that I went with Drew at Mercury Auto Transport and would do so again if the need arose. In the end,my experience was fine,on time,complete and with no hassles. My cost came in a bit higher than the quote because I am 1 hour north of the last major market in rural northern New England, so not as much business up here as would be in Central or Southern New England where I suspect that the price would have been closer to the quote. I could have refused that carrier offer, but I am glad that I didn't. If you're in no rush you will likely get a better price in the end.
