Kris and the entire broker process was outstanding. They did what they said they were going to do and the carrier assignment process was done well. However, I was told that the driver would be in contact with me along the way. Never heard from him. I was having someone meet the driver at my home as I wouldn't arrive for 5 more days. the driver did contact my contact, however told her that he was stuck in Phoenix and would not be there until 12/26. So my contact enjoyed Christmas with her family and didn't carry her phone. Next thing I knew I got a call from the driver who was able to get out of Phoenix early and decided to arrive at my home on Christmas Day evening. He had tried to reach my contact to tell her he arrived early, but because she wasn't expecting him until the next day, she didn't carry her phone. So living on a busy street the driver was super intense on getting my car unloaded and transitioned to someone so they could be paid. I had to jump through many hoops to find someone to meet the driver to get my car. This could have been totally avoided had the driver simply reached out to my contact to say "I'm leaving Phoenix now and expect to be there xxxx". Seriously, it was Christmas Day and I found this to be totally unacceptable. I'd use Kris again for sure, but that driver needs a kick in the butt.
