First off I'd like to thank my Agent Misty Stovall and my Driver Andrew Cover for their Service Misty stayed in touch communicated with me every day through both txt and emails and Andrew was very professional and very prompt might I add at sticking to the plans we made of getting my car to Atlanta as well as shockingly enough getting to the destination point way ahead of me even leaving the airport! For about 1 month I was really stressed out after having a bad experience with a carrier who never even showed yp the day they were supposed to leaving me in limbo so I decided I'd give myself a little extra time to find the right carrier ... most carriers call you with super low Price bait and switch or they just blow your phone and emails up just trying to get your money then leave you hanging like the other company did to me! With mercury you make the call give them your info and no money is given until they find a carrier you are satisfied with then after you pay mercury their fee and the balance to the Driver it was a easy process ... my suggestion would be to have some flexibility because Misty had a driver ready a few days before my pickup that's how fast they work! But anyhow if you are reading this whatever other company you're about to do business with I'd suggest you immediately drop them and go with Mercury trust me it's going to save you alot of stress worry and head aches!
