When another company reneged on their promise for the pickup date, I was left with no alternative but you seek another carrier. Angelo was true to his word when he said he would find me a driver. Yes, it did cost me more money but I was happy to pay the difference because I was working with someone who was honest and returned my phone calls. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad characters that will say anything just to get your business. Mercury is definitely the company you want to deal with.
